Webinars - A Virtual Classroom

What is a Webinar?
Webinar is short for Web Based Seminar.  A webinar is a presentation, lecture, workshop, or seminar that is transmitted over the Web.   A key feature of a Webinar is its interaction elements - the ability to give, receive, and discuss information.

How does a Webinar work?
Attending a Webinar is like attending any other type of seminar or workshop, except for the location.  You can attend the Webinar from your office or from anywhere you have access to the Internet and can enable the speakers on your computer.  It is not necessary for you to have access to a telephone to attend the Webinar.  The technology utilized is called Voice over Internet Protocol (or VOIP) and allows you to hear voice calls using a broadband Internet connection instead of a regular phone.  You will be able to see a visual presentation and hear the audio presentation through the speakers in/on your computer.
Attend Central Insurance School's virtual classroom on the Web and utilize our newest method of delivery for Continuing Education credits.   You will receive the same quality of material and interaction that you get when you attend one of our classroom sessions without leaving your office or home and have real-time access to our roster of exceptional instructors.   And... the best part is there is NO EXAM REQUIRED.
Will the Central Insurance School Webinar process work on my computer?
The Webinar process requires a very basic level computer. Webinar Requirements
