Thinking about a career as an instructor?

Instructors must be approved by the State Department of Financial Services or Department of Insurance in their respective state, according to the guidelines published by their laws.

Instructors must have experience in the area desired to teach.  The experience should consist of practical and educational background in intermediate and advanced knowledge of the subject.  The experience will assist the student in understanding the history, court cases, new legislation, and practical use of the material.
An individual must possess a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and dedication to the insurance industry.  A dynamic instructor will be required to research the topic and provide their knowledge in a clear manner, using practical examples.  Candidates must have exceptional knowledge and be able to interact with small to large groups.  Prior teaching experience will be considered in the evaluation.
The consideration process includes an audition for Central Insurance School's senior instructors and management.  Potential instructors will not be considered if they are providing educational materials or presentations for other providers of education.  No current affiliations with other educational providers are permitted.

If you are interested and meet the qualifications, please submit your resume on our resume page.  Indicate the specific areas of your knowledge and experience.
