I just finished the PCA course with Diana Fink via webinar. Not only did she teach us an immense amount of information in a four day period, but she made it fun, and she made it make sense. It is difficult to keep the attention of someone sitting at home, but Diana does it easily with expertly timed stories that apply directly to the material. I will definitely be making the trip to St. Pete for all of my continuing education!

In 2015 thru Diana Finks expertise I was able to obtain my 20-44. In 2019 when it came time to get my 6-20 All Lines Adjusters License I had no choice but to again attend a class led by Ms. Fink. Simply said she is an amazing teacher, comedienne etc. I chose to pay for my class other than have my new company pay for it knowing how much I would learn form her. With her stories, her examples and her knowledge she projects a positive experience. The staff, Sharon Jeff also amazing and oh so helpful. I honestly could go on and on about Diana because of her passion she makes it so easy to learn and fall in love with the industry. So smooth flowing that a person such as myself who get anxiety form testing well... I passed. I will continue to use Central Insurance and Diana Fink for my upcoming CE and who knows maybe one day I can have as many licenses as she does. Thank you again for everything from my heart of hearts!

Central Insurance School training is unparalleled. Having been a life health agent for 15 years, an opportunity presented itself for which I’d require a 2-20 license. I studied their online materials, took the review class twice [once in Miami with Amy and the second time in Clearwater with Diana], and of greatest importance were the flash cards and practice exams.
