Designation Programs Waive the State Exam Certified Professional Service Representative Waives the Florida State Exam for the 4-40 License. This program is a 3-day national "Designation" for the Certified Professional Service Representative (CPSR) to acquire the Customer Service Representative (CSR) 4-40 license for the state of FL and waives the state exam. The program covers Homeowners Insurance, dwelling property, flood insurance; Personal Auto, related vehicles, personal umbrellas; Commercial Property, business interruption, inland marine; Commercial General Liability, commercial auto, worker's compensation; Agency Operations (agency formation, authority, legal status, contracts, errors & omissions loss prevention, errors & omissions prevention through customer service, risk management process, insurers, and disaster preparedness). With this license you are permitted to conduct insurance from inside an agency and/or insurance company only and must be appointed to an general lines agent (2-20).   Professional Claims Adjuster Waives the Florida State Exam for the 5-20 and 6-20 License . IMPORTANT NOTICE - License numbers 5-20 and 6-20 can waive the State exam by earning this professional designation. However, to obtain a Public Adjuster license (3-20), take our Exam Prep Course which provides information to prepare you for the State exam. The PCA is a 4-day state Designation program for Independent or Company Adjuster's licenses. The program discusses the following topics: property, package policies, liability, miscellaneous coverages/policies and automobile to include the state statutes and claims practices. The state exam is waived upon successfully completing this program.   Professional Customer Service Representative Waives the Florida State Exam for the 4-40 License. This program is a 4-day Florida state Designation program for the Customer Service Representative License (4-40) with the Florida Department of Insurance. The program covers Personal Lines (automobile, homeowners, umbrellas, & no-fault) and Commercial Lines (property, liability, automobile, inland marine, crime, boiler & machinery, workers compensation, ocean marine and aviation). With this license you are permitted to conduct insurance from inside an agency and/or insurance company only and must be appointed to an general lines agent (2-20).   Professional in Insurance Account Management The Professional in Insurance Account Management, or PIAM, is a practical designation program designed to advance the level of knowledge of all agency staff, including: Principals/Managers, Inside Producers, Outside Producers, Customer Service Representatives and, Other Company Personnel.
